 The deadline for paper submission for authors requiring paper review is 15th March 2010; this is now closed . You should only submit you final manuscript for inclusion on the CD .

Paper upload tool. Submit Electronic Paper for Inclusion on the CD. Before you proceed please note

  • the paper must be pdf format
  • the paper must not exceed 2Mb in size
  • you must have been issued with a password to allow upload
  • if you are the principal author on more than one paper you should have a unique password for each paper
  • notice in the printed program only the three principal authors will be named because of space considerations. You may have as many authors as you wish on your actual manuscript
