Word Template. You may download the Word template (uncompressed). Please use the right button of your mouse to click 'Word Template', and choose 'Save link As...' to save the linked file, icas2010.dot to the appropriate templates directory. Run Microsoft Word. Choose menu item 'File->New...'. You will see a template called 'icas2010.dot'. Select it and create your paper using this template.
Latex Template. Click on the button 'Latex Template'. Your Internet browser will promt you to save the file to a location on disk. Save the file, then extract the latex document set and use in the usual way.
